Free Estimate & Site Inspection Policy 1. Professional Consultation Your booking includes a comprehensive on-site assessment by one of our senior technical surveyors. We provide a detailed inspection of your existing roof structure and a bespoke, no-obligation quotation tailored to your property’s architectural requirements. 2. Attendance & Access To ensure the accuracy of our assessment and to discuss your project requirements in detail, we require the property owner to be present during the appointment. Clear Access: Please ensure that all areas of the roofline and relevant internal ceilings are accessible. Security: If access is required through a garage or gated side entrance, please ensure these are unlocked or accessible upon our arrival. 3. Health & Safety The safety of our staff and your family is our priority. During the inspection: We may require the use of professional ladders to inspect the roof at height. Please ensure the perimeter of the property is clear of obstructions, pets, and children during the survey. Our surveyors follow strict HSE guidelines. If weather conditions (high winds or heavy ice) make a height inspection unsafe, we will conduct a ground-level assessment and may need to reschedule the ladder work. 4. Appointment Window We value your time. While we strive to arrive exactly at your booked slot, please allow a 30-minute arrival window to account for local Lincolnshire traffic or extended technical discussions at previous sites. You will receive a notification if we are running outside of this window. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling As our surveyors’ time is highly sought after, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.
